Everything you need is included in this training package and once you have completed the training, you can start running your workshop immediately.

Meditation can cause shifts in our awareness. People often over-identify with their thoughts and emotions, which can prolong them and make them feel bigger than they are. By learning to practice stillness, awareness meditation provides a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit participants emotional well-being and overall health.

It can also be used to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centred and promote greater  inner peace.

This is the quickest and easiest way to not only make your investment of $$ money back, but also continue earning money by running these programs online or in person events. 

If you run weekly Meditation Events and host 62 people per class and charge $40 (online or in person) you can earn over $2500 per event. In 4 weeks you could earn over $10,000. 

INCLUDED IN FACILITATOR TRAINING (this will vary dependent on the topic).

• Group Coaching (via Zoom with Trudy).
• 1:1 Coaching with Trudy (via Zoom, however can be conducted face to face on the Gold Coast for an extra fee).

For an additional fee you can be provided with a functional website to support your business venture (estimated $2,000-$4,000 dependent on needs).

All facilitators will be promoted on our website. 

YOUR FORMAT OF DELIVERING THIS WORKSHOP

These meditation events have normally been held as 1-hour events, however they could easily be turned into a 1/2 day or full day event. Some facilitators have gone on to add our Meditate and Create Program and turned them both into 3 day retreats! 

You can be as adventurous as you like!

This program has been predominantly conducted in face to face workshop style, however it has also been conducted online as both a live workshop and as a separate pre-recorded training. 

You are welcome to conduct this workshop both face to face and online. 

We will provide suggested event attendance costs (for participants) however these are suggested costings, and you can charge more or less.

Only a certain amount of facilitator training spots will be available for each state across Australia and other countries so that each facilitator is able to maximise their financial gains.
