It is suggested that this 7 Day E-Journal and Audio Meditation are to be used hand in hand.
Each day features:

- Gratitude Time
- Meditation Time (including a space to write notes and draw)
- Affirmations
- Colour In Time

HOW TO DOWNLOAD
1. This E-Journal package includes an audio meditation and digital E-Journal and once you go through check out, will download immediately (as a zip file).
2. Once you have downloaded either
a) grab a notepad and start writing the answers into your notepad or
b) print the E-book out and start working through the exercises in the book.
c) listen to the meditation provided in conjunction with using the E-Journal.

Trudy Vesotsky has spent more than two decades studying, practising and teaching in the fields of holistic behavioural psychology, personal development and business coaching. Her work blends practical psychology with grounded self‑awareness, helping people understand their patterns, strengthen their mindset and create meaningful change in their everyday lives.
For over 20 years, Trudy has taught holistic psychology topics and facilitated both in‑person and online meditation classes, guiding thousands of people through simple, accessible practices that support clarity, emotional steadiness and personal growth.
Her approach is down‑to‑earth, evidence‑informed and focused on helping people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, practical and sustainable.
