With more than a decade in senior local government and extensive experience across state government initiatives, property development and master‑planned communities, I bring a practical, IAP2‑aligned approach to community engagement and community development.
My background includes:
- 12 years as Manager Community Services in local government, leading award‑winning engagement, youth participation and volunteer programs
- Community consultations delivered across education, aged care, disability, multicultural affairs, youth and community safety
- Ongoing engagement delivery for a major (3500 homes) master‑planned community on the Gold Coast, including more than 100 community events and activations
- Specialist experience supporting councils and developers with engagement for precincts, growth areas and community‑facing projects
- Training councils in community development, engagement practice and community‑centred communication
